Richard Cartlidge served in the Royal Air Force as a Navigator on Chinook helicopters during which time he was selected, among other missions, to lead the first operational Chinooks into Afghanistan following 9/11. He was responsible for the training of leaders and mission commanders for operational deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. His military background gives him credible insight into the importance of delivery under intense operational pressures. Richard’s mission in life is to encourage brilliant leadership in organisations and in individuals.
