Sharon has 30 years of business experience gained through working in the Retail (FMCG) industry and in running her own businesses. This means that she brings a wealth of commercial as well as coaching and facilitation experience to the table!
She loves discussing and debating the merits of different styles and approaches to leadership and is particularly interested in the field of neuroscience and what this can tell us about effective leadership in today’s modern world.
