Bite-sized Workshops

 

Cost effective and impactful workshops that provide your people with the practical skills they need.

 

The workshops can be delivered as half or full day sessions (dependent on the need of your people) and either ‘in person’ or ‘virtually’ (using a platform such as zoom).

We recommend 10-14 participants per workshop and running these sessions with participants from a range of different parts of your business can help build internal relationships, increase understanding of different business areas and share knowledge.

Scheduling the sessions two or three weeks apart maintains momentum whilst allowing time for participants to apply their learnings in their role.
