She no longer provides all the answers; she asks people what they should do. Previously she felt as though she needed to know and do everything and would get overwhelmed and exhausted. Now she empowers the staff
He has been very successful in setting out his stall to the Senior Management Team: he has clearly communicated how he operates, how he wants to be perceived and the contribution he wants to make
 
She is growing and developing her confidence which is in turn helping her grow her ambition. She is more confident now in dealing with other people, she’s started really growing her network”.
 
 
He has had to navigate some very difficult situations in his team, and he has worked really, really hard to keep the team focused on what they’re delivering. Previously such discussions would have quite a personal element attached to them, making discussions about change quite difficult.
