Team Coaching
Working with a qualified Leadership School Team Coach the team commit to a series of sessions together to;
improve their performance and support them to achieve their goals,
define their purpose and identify how they will measure their success,
improve their ability to deal with ambiguity and change,
maximise their collective intelligence, performance, resilience and emotions,
work through tricky situations and identify creative solutions,
accelerate through the stages of forming, storming and norming to reach high-performing* (*as described by Dr Bruce Tuckman).
