Louise holds 30 years of operational and strategic leadership experience gained in high-pressure and complex environments.
Previously she worked as a Governor in the UK Prison Service where she successfully led large teams of over 500 staff, 1000+prisoners and managed multi-million pound contracts. Her career involved media appearances including BBC News and Radio 4 Women’s Hour. After holding a Director role in the charity sector, she now works independently, providing Executive Coaching and Leadership Development.
Louise’s approach blends leadership experience with psychological insight, bringing academic rigour and practical credibility to her work.
Louise loves an adventure, whether that is walking the moors with her family and dog, swimming in rivers or finding treasured places across the world.

Louise has facilitated many leadership development programmes and coached leaders across a range of sectors including Energy, Construction, Travel, Criminal Justice, Charity, Health & Social Care, Pharmaceutical, Entertainment, Hospitality, Defence and Financial services.
Known for her calm presence, courage, and empathy, Louise creates a safe yet stretching space for leaders to reflect honestly, build self-awareness and deliver maximum impact.
