Leadership Conversations

Facilitated 1-hour sessions for you to discuss leadership challenges and topics with other business leaders.

 
 

We began hosting Leadership Conversations back in 2016 because we could see that business leaders from a variety of different organisations and different sectors were facing the same challenges and were interested in the same leadership topics.

Since then, we have hosted over 50 sessions with topics ranging from leading remote teams, increasing resilience, holding honest conversations and imposter syndrome.

The incredible feedback that we receive from these sessions tells us that participants find it hugely beneficial to;

  • exchange knowledge and experiences with other business leaders – particularly those in other sectors,

  • feel reassured that they are not the only person facing a particular challenge,

  • learnt new tools, technique or a different way of looking at something,

    learn from each other in a safe, welcoming and confidential environment,

  • feel inspired and energised!

The practical bits!

 
 

  • How do they take place? They will be held via Zoom and joining instructions will be sent to you the day before.

  • How much does it cost to attend? There is no cost to join any of the Leadership Conversations. You are welcome as our guests and the focus is on relaxing, having fun and learning together. All we ask is that (once you have booked on) you commit to attending and that you actively participate with an open mind and a sense of curiosity.

  • How many people will be in a session? There will be a minimum of 4 in the conversation and a maximum of 14 so that everyone’s voice can be heard.
