There is much written about the importance of a leader setting a clear vision; in order to engage others. A clear direction for others to sign upto and a set of common goals for them to work towards. However it’s not enough to set the vision without having a plan behind it to be able to achieve it and just how do you get the headspace or know where to start?
In this session we will:
Take a practical look at how and why leaders choose to set a strategy
Create individual strategy maps based on each person’s circumstances and situation
Identify the different ways in which the maps can be used
Discuss how to engage others (including key stakeholders) in the strategy map
