• Masters in Research in Leaderships Studies (Exeter) and an MBA (Open).

• Practitioner in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), Insights Discovery, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and FIRO Element B.
