Sharon Collier is passionate about partnering and supporting individuals and teams to achieve their goals She quickly establishes positive relationships, that are based on trust, honesty and respect, and then challenges and supports her client’s to explore their thinking, identify the things that may be holding them back, shape their goals and consider different ways in which they can achieve them
Suzanne Mountain is driven by making a difference to people’s lives. She believes that most people never fulfil their full potential and that most of time they are responsible for holding themselves back. She love nothing more that to help someone improve their self confidence, get clear on what they want and feel supported enough to go out and create the life they were meant to lead.
Richard Cartlidge served in the Royal Air Force as a Navigator on Chinook helicopters during which time he was selected, among other missions, to lead the first operational Chinooks into Afghanistan following 9/11. He was responsible for the training of leaders and mission commanders for operational deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. Using his navigator mindset Richard establishes where his client is now, where they want to get to and helps them get to their destination. His military background gives him credible insight into the importance of delivery under intense operational pressures. Richard’s mission in life is to encourage brilliant leadership in organisations and in individuals.
Wendy Forrester loves helping people gain insight, identify opportunities to improve and make decisions that will lead to long-lasting change. One of her key strengths is being able to translate complex challenges into practical solutions (her Northern pragmatism can always be relied upon!). She is outcomes focused and driven and enjoys working at pace. Wendy gains great pleasure from building strong, lasting relationships where fun forms a key part!
Kirstie Sneyd specialises in coaching, culture change, facilitation and leadership development. She brings to her practice a deep understanding of how individuals and organisations work, and an appreciation of the challenges that business leaders face. Kirstie gets huge satisfaction from seeing the transformation in others; whether that’s through one-on-one coaching, group coaching or facilitating an event.
